A little while back I ran a pilot series of Italian cooking classes. Classes were well attended and participants had fun learning to make delicious dishes. Since then, people have been wanting to know when I’d offer more cooking classes. I’m working on coming up with the best format to make this happen again, and of course, I’m open to any suggestions and ideas you may have.

The June 11 class will star a hands-on tutorial in making a delicious but low-cal vegetable-ricotta lasagna plus an appetizer and a side dish or dessert.

Lasagna is a classic Italian dish. In this class, you’ll learn to make a healthier, lower-calorie version. We’ll demystify this tasty recipe so that you can cook it again on your own and amaze your guests and family!
