At the end, you’ll have a delicious, authentic Italian meal made with your own hands, to share with family & friends, that you can easily make again and again!

Learn to make two of the most popular sauces in Italy.

Date 2 – Feb 21: Fool-Proof Risotto

Learn tips & tricks to making Italy’s much-loved rice dish.

Date 3 – Mar 21 APRIL 18: Mangia la Zuppa! [Soup-making 101]

Learn to make a delicious, nutritious & hearty soup using Italian techniques & spices.

NOTES:

  • Cost is per-person, not per-screen, for virtual classes (just like for in-person classes & events), whether participants attend separately or from the same location.
  • Payments for virtual cook-along classes are final, no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

Prior to the class:

  • You’ll receive (approx a week in advance)
    • an ingredient list
    • a tools-needed checklist
    • & instructions on what to have prepped ahead of the cook-along class.
  • Ingredients will be easy to source items, with suggestions for substitutions.
  • A reminder with the Zoom link will be sent day before class.

After the class: 

  • Jodina will stay online for Q + A.
  • You’ll receive the recipes in English and Italian.
